FEES

In addition to a competitive price, my standard of work is consistent with the best in the profession.

Most examinations fall within the $750 to $850 range. For my fee, I provide:

1) the testing location;

2) a thorough pre-test interview;

3) proper test question construction;

4) the examination, as well as a practise test where required;

5) manual numerical scoring of all test charts;

5) the results (verbally at the conclusion of the examination); and

6) a comprehensive written report (within 2 business days).

There are no additional fees for weekend or evening appointments, or supplies.

I require a $250 non-refundable deposit at the time of making the appointment. This deposit can be made with a credit card utilizing the "Payment" tab above.

The balance may be paid with cash, certified funds, or credit card within 24 hours of the examination time. At the completion of the test, no portion of the fees paid are refundable for an reason, without exception.

FEES FOR LATE CLIENTS - Should you make an appointment and are late by more than 15 minutes, if you require the examiner to wait for you to arrive, there will be a fee of $25 for every 15 extra minutes or portion thereof.
